🚀 Is Voice Interaction and Speech Understanding the Breakthrough That Will Supercharge AI to Unstoppable Heights?

Advanced voice modes and the ability to process unstructured speech data are revolutionizing how we interact with and benefit from AI. We see two major impacts from these changes, particularly when working with our customers, as they directly benefit from this technology. 💡


Generational Adoption Challenges: Throughout my career, I have always seen that specifically for Generation +50 or even +40, there is significant skepticism when adopting new technology. This has resulted in slower adoption, as well as major problems combining technology with the experience of decision-makers. Let’s face it: most decision-makers in companies are in that age group, and they will not drive a digital or AI strategy if they personally do not understand or interact with the technology. Ironically, experienced managers have the most to gain by adopting the technology because experience combined with technology is unbeatable at the moment. 👨‍💼


Thanks to speech capabilities, we have experienced a change. We’ve seen in multiple trainings that by interacting through speech, rather than navigating complex software interfaces, people feel much more comfortable interacting with it and therefore are adopting it faster than I have experienced in the past with traditional software. 🗣️

The Critical Need for Engagement: As AI continues to advance at a rapid pace, it’s becoming clear that companies and individuals can no longer afford to wait before engaging with these technologies. At a minimum, individuals should keep up with industry-specific updates, take basic training courses, or follow thought leaders who share relevant content.
